We are a growing interior design and modular furniture company based in Kolkata, catering to premium residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a results-driven Freelance Digital Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our online presence through targeted digital campaigns and web analytics. Job Type: Part-Time Freelance/Contractual Work from Home (Must be based in Kolkata) Key Responsibilities: Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads . Monitor and analyze user behavior using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity . Track, evaluate, and report on performance metrics to guide marketing decisions. Regularly update and maintain the company website (WordPress/Wix/other CMS). Ensure seamless tracking (UTM, conversion, events, goals) and troubleshoot tracking issues if any. Recommend and implement SEO improvements and content suggestions. Create and manage monthly ad budgets and campaign reports. Suggest new digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and leads. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads . Familiarity with Microsoft Clarity , Google Analytics (GA4) , and other website tracking tools. Knowledge of basic website CMS management (WordPress/Wix/others). Strong understanding of SEO , CTR , CPC , conversion rate , and performance-based advertising. Ability to create and interpret ad performance reports. Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently. Preferred Qualifications: Based in Kolkata (mandatory for occasional in-person team discussions, if needed). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus. Prior experience with interior design, architecture, or furniture brands is a bonus.
