Research Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial statement analysis, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Evaluate companies using valuation techniques such as DCF, relative valuation, and ratio analysis
• Prepare concise, well-structured research reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor industry trends, macroeconomic indicators, and sector performance
• Create and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investment planning or corporate strategy
• Present findings and investment theses to leadership or clients in a clear and compelling manner
• Stay updated on regulatory and policy changes affecting the financial markets and industries tracked

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. CFA/CA/MBA preferred
• 25 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuations, and accounting principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to present complex data simply
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases like Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-starter attitude
