Financial Planning Analyst

As an FP&A professional at EXL, you will be responsible for various financial planning and analysis tasks to support the company's growth and profitability. Your primary focus will be on preparing annual budgets, revenue and P&L forecasting, and producing management reports for the organization. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in driving management reporting by creating board presentations and reports for the senior leadership team, including the CFO. In this role, you will provide essential support to senior management during quarterly earnings calls and investor meetings by offering insightful analysis and guidance. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver decision-making support and conduct cost-benefit analyses for strategic initiatives. Your expertise will ensure diligent oversight of organizational spending, including capital and operating expenditures. Moreover, you will engage with business stakeholders to deliver forecast and actual analysis while identifying opportunities to enhance profitability. Your contributions will be vital in identifying cost-saving measures without compromising long-term growth objectives. To qualify for this position, you must hold an MBA from a Tier 1 institution with a specialization in finance. Strong financial acumen is essential, and prior experience in a finance-related role is highly preferred.
