Role: Finance Trainer & Digital Content Developer – Assistant Manager
Location: Navi Mumbai
Notice period – 90 days ( neg 60 days – 30 days )
We’re looking for a skilled Finance Trainer & Digital Content Developer to drive capability building across our finance teams through engaging, high-impact learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver training on finance processes, tools, and systems tailored to varied learning styles Develop digital learning assets (e-learnings, decks, case studies, assessments) aligned with business needs Own content governance, periodic updates, and LMS compatibility Collaborate with SMEs and HR to ensure training meets performance goals Support finance teams with process excellence and upskilling initiatives What You Bring: 7+ years’ experience in finance training, L&D, or digital content development Strong understanding of shipping industry finance processes Expertise in instructional design, LMS platforms, and e-learning tools Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills If you're passionate about finance, learning, and digital enablement — let’s connect
