Finance Controller

As a Finance Controller, your primary role will involve overseeing planning, reporting, and compliance activities to ensure fiscal accuracy and strategic alignment. You will be responsible for driving cost efficiency, supporting audits, and safeguarding the company's financial health across product lifecycles and regulatory environments. Your key responsibilities will include managing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across departments. It will be crucial for you to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with both local and international accounting standards. You will also be tasked with monitoring cost structures and implementing controls to improve profitability. In addition, you will need to coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance. To support strategic decisions, you will be required to provide financial insights and risk assessments. The ideal candidate for this role would possess a CA, CPA, CMA, or MBA in Finance along with at least 8 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the pharma or manufacturing sector. A deep knowledge of financial regulations, ERP systems, and cost analysis will be essential.
