This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Finance Business Analyst (AI + KPI Translation). The Finance Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, understanding business requirements, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and translating these into actionable insights powered by AI. The Finance BA will bridge the gap between our client's finance function and our AI technical team. You will understand financial KPIs, reporting logic, and analytical needs and work with AI engineers to translate them into natural language queries and ensure meaningful AI outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Work with finance leadership to map KPIs, reports, and dashboards into AI-ready formats. - Translate user stories into prompt flows and test cases. - Review LLM responses for financial correctness and context. - Identify critical business queries that demonstrate AI value vs traditional BI. - Help create a repository of validated questions and expected answers. Requirements: - 5+ years in a finance or FP&A role (preferably as a finance BA in an IT Services company). - Understanding of BI tools (Power BI) and experience with finance KPIs. - Strong written and analytical communication skills. - Exposure to GenAI tools or natural language analytics preferred.,
