Job Description

We are looking for freshers to join our Finance and Accounts Team. Experience : 0-1 Year (Fresher) Shift : 4.00pm to 1.00am Location : InfoPark, Kochi Mode : Work from office Responsibilites: Assist in managing Accounts Payable (AP) including processing vendor invoices and payments Support Accounts Receivable (AR) by preparing customer invoices and following up on collections Help maintain the General Ledger (GL) by recording journal entries and reconciliations Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end closing activities Assist in preparing financial reports and statements Support audit preparations and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards Collaborate with internal teams to collect and verify financial data Use accounting software and MS Excel for data entry and reporting Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field Basic knowledge of AP, AR, and GL functions is preferred Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP is a plus Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Willingness to learn and take on multiple finance functions
