Finance & Accounting Associate

NTT DATA is looking for a Finance & Accounting Associate to join the team in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. As a Finance & Accounting Associate, you will be expected to have solid knowledge of relevant accounting principles, data analysis skills, and problem-solving abilities. It is preferred that you have experience working with ERP systems, specifically SAP, and have a working knowledge of MS Office and databases. In addition to technical skills, soft skills are also crucial for this role. Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques is preferred. You should have proven experience as a Collection Specialist or in a similar role, be comfortable working with targets, possess patience, and have the ability to manage stress effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for this position. Your responsibilities will include keeping accurate records and reporting on collection activity. You should be able to physically perform general office requirements and fulfill essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
