Quality Inspection

Mech / EEE / ECE / Diploma / Polytechnic

Role & responsibilities

Perform
visual and dimensional inspections
of incoming and outgoing parts/products.
Check components using
basic measuring instruments
(e.g., Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
Record inspection results
and maintain proper documentation.
Assist senior inspectors in identifying
non-conformities
.
Support in preparing
quality reports
and inspection checklists.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the inspection area.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic understanding of
engineering drawings and GD&T
Familiarity with
measuring tools and instruments
.
