Job Title: Delivery Technician – Field Service Location: Ban er, Pune, Maharashtra Type: Full-time | Field-Based Experience: 1–3 years preferred About scanO: At scanO , we’re reimagining preventive dentistry with the power of AI. From clinics to corporates, you’ll ensure our products are installed with care and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Deliver and install scanO air devices at client locations (clinics, hospitals, corporate offices) Handle unboxing, physical setup, power calibration, and device testing Give a simple demo to users on how to operate the device Maintain detailed installation reports and gather client feedback Assist with basic on-site troubleshooting Learn and support minor repairs , such as wire replacements and soldering Coordinate with the operations and tech teams for escalations or service support Requirements: Basic understanding of electronics—plugs, ports, cables, switches Genuine interest in hardware, gadgets, or systems Must own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler Physically fit and ready for pan-India travel at short notice Fluent in Hindi ; basic English is a bonus What We Offer: CTC: ₹2.4 LPA (Fixed salary + travel allowance) On-the-job training in soldering and hardware basics Uniform, toolkit, and complete onboarding support Opportunity to grow into Tech, Support , or Ops roles Be part of a fast-growing startup with a mission-driven team If you're ready to hit the road and help bring AI-powered dental care to every corner of India—join us at scanO.
