Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the daily activities of field staff or workers.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.
Coordinate with the operations team to allocate manpower and resources effectively.
Conduct site visits to inspect ongoing work and resolve any on-site issues.
Ensure all field activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain records of attendance, productivity, and incidents.
Report project progress, delays, or issues to higher management regularly.
Provide training or guidance to field staff as needed.
Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal departments.
Ensure quality standards are maintained in all field activities.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in field operations.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
