Job Role & Responsibilities:

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Spreading awareness about Regenerative Agriculture and Organic Farming
• Working closely with Sugarcane farmers to promote sustainable practices
• Building strong relationships with farmers, FPO’s.
• Conducting on-ground product demonstrations, customer meetings, and awareness drives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate from any field (Agriculture background is a plus but not mandatory).
• Experience: 0–1 years of field sales experience (Freshers welcome).
• Language: Proficiency in Marathi and basic communication in Hindi/English preferred.
• Must Have: A two-wheeler and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/month
• Performance-Based Incentives: As per farmers on-boarding
• TA/DA: Travel and Dearness Allowance will be provided
