Field Sales Manager

Position: Field Manager

Salary Range: 12,000/- to 25,000/-

Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities:

• Searching best location for upcoming cafes based on footfall.
• Very good in coordinating with vendors, suppliers and clients.
• Tracking of fabrication work.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments.
• Maintain budgetary controls and ensure operational expenses remain within approved limits.
• Very good in Cold Calling.
• Foster long-term relationships with property owners, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate, field sales, or similar industry roles.
• Must have good geographical knowledge of the city.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to engage with landlords, brokers, and clients.
• Fluency in Hindi and Bengali is mandatory; additional regional languages are an advantage.
• Must be presentable with a professional and positive demeanor; Age below 30 years.
• A valid two-wheeler driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler is a must for regular travel and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
