Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Executive Spare Sales (DG Set & Air Compressor) Location: Ahmedabad, Vapi, Vadodara Industry: Industrial Equipment / Power & Energy / Engineering Experience: Fresher to 5 Years in Field Sales (preferably in DG Sets, Air Compressors, or Industrial Equipment) Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and develop new business opportunities for spare parts of Diesel Generator (DG) Sets and Air Compressors in the assigned territory. Regularly visit existing customers to promote spare parts sales and maintain strong customer relationships. Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate spare parts solutions. Coordinate with internal teams (Service, Inventory, Logistics) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Track competitor activity and market trends to adapt sales strategies. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Requirements: Qualification: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any relevant field. Experience: 0–5 years in field sales of spare parts for DG Sets, Air Compressors, or related industrial machinery. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Good understanding of technical specifications of DG sets and air compressors Knowledge of local market in Ahmedabad, Vapi, and Vadodara Language: Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English preferred Other: Should own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving license
