Job Summary:

Bharani Motors, an authorized dealership for Euler Motors, is looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to drive electric light commercial vehicle sales in the local market. The role involves client acquisition, vehicle demos, lead follow-ups, and field visits. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone with a passion for EVs and direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit prospective customers (B2B, fleet owners, transporters, logistics partners) to promote Euler electric vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives at customer locations.
• Follow up with leads generated from walk-ins, referrals, and online inquiries.
• Educate clients on vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the dealership.
• Coordinate with showroom staff, finance executives, and service teams for smooth customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of visits, leads, and customer feedback using CRM tools or Excel.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• 1–3 years of field sales experience (Automobile or EV sales preferred).
• Must have a valid driving license and be comfortable with field travel.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of electric vehicles is a plus (training will be provided).
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
