Job Description for a role of Sales Executive in MSME Loan Product

  • Sales & Promotion:
  • Identify and target potential small and medium enterprises (SMEs) for MSME loan offerings.
  • Promote MSME loan products to business owners and entrepreneurs.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable loan solutions based on their business needs.
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Meet with business owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing needs.
  • Explain the features, benefits, interest rates, and repayment options of MSME loans to clients.
  • Assist customers in completing loan applications and the necessary documentation for loan approval.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets as set by management.
  • Track sales activities, customer interactions, and lead progress, and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Ensure all loan applications, documentation, and processes comply with company policies, banking regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on trends in the MSME sector, and Provide feedback to management on market conditions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Graduate
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in sales for 1-2 years, especially in MSME loans, commercial banking, or financial products.
  • Experience in working with SMEs and understanding their financing requirements is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze customer financials and recommend appropriate loan products.
  • Understanding of MSME business challenges and financial needs.

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of financial products, loan documentation, and credit appraisal processes.

Compensation:

  • Salary 20-40k pm + attractive commission structure based on sales performance.
  • Travelling expenses as actual.
