Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of insurance products, including Life, Health, and General Insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, conducting on-ground marketing activities, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door or on-field marketing to promote insurance products
• Identify and generate leads through various field activities
• Educate customers about product benefits and provide policy comparisons
• Organize and participate in local marketing campaigns, kiosks, and awareness drives
• Achieve monthly sales and outreach targets
• Maintain regular follow-ups and manage customer relationships
• Submit daily activity and performance reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales/marketing experience (Insurance/BFSI preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Own two-wheeler (preferred)
