Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) packing machines Set machine parameters and ensure smooth operation Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting Ensure product quality and packaging consistency Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the work area Coordinate with production and quality teams Candidate Profile: Experience: 1+ year operating FFS or similar packing machines Industry Preference: Food & Beverage, FMCG, Dairy, or similar manufacturing sectors Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Moshi, Pune Skills: Machine Operation, FFS Machine Handling, Basic Maintenance, Quality Awareness Perks and Benefits: Work with a fast-growing premium coffee brand Positive and growth-focused work culture Competitive salary Long-term career growth opportunities
