Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct daily swimming training sessions for students of different age groups.
Create structured lesson plans tailored to student skill levels (beginners to advanced).
Maintain discipline and safety protocols during all pool sessions.
Prepare students for inter-house and inter-school swimming competitions.
Monitor individual progress and provide personalized feedback.
Ensure proper upkeep of swimming equipment and pool hygiene.
Coordinate with PE department and residential staff for scheduling and supervision.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong swimming techniques across multiple strokes
Student engagement and motivational ability
Pool safety and emergency management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coach students of all age groups (junior to senior)
Team leadership and discipline management
Record keeping and performance tracking
Time management and event preparation
