Job Title: Female Content Creator (On-Camera Talent)
Location: Versa Forge LLP, Tirunelveli (Onsite)
Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on performance and experience)

Job Overview:

Versa Forge LLP is seeking a confident, creative, and camera-friendly Female Content Creator to produce engaging video content for our social media platforms. This is a full-time onsite role, ideal for someone passionate about digital storytelling, branding, and personal presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Appear on camera to create videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms
• Present company services, case studies, updates, and promotional content in a relatable and dynamic way
• Collaborate with our marketing and creative team to brainstorm and execute video ideas
• Participate in scripting, storyboarding, and basic video production planning
• Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and delivery in line with brand guidelines
• Stay updated with trends on social platforms (Reels, Shorts, etc.) and adapt content accordingly
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and feedback on video content

Requirements:

• Female candidates only
• Strong on-camera presence, confident speaking skills, and expressive communication
• Good command over English and Tamil (added advantage)
• Basic understanding of social media trends, branding, and audience engagement
• Creative mindset and ability to think visually
• Prior experience in content creation, acting, or anchoring is a plus (freshers with talent are welcome)
• Must be comfortable working full-time from our Tirunelveli office
