Job Description

Garments/Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop seasonal collections for Western outfits including shirts, trousers, dresses, tops, jackets, etc.
Coordinate with the production and sampling teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturing consistency.
Stay up to date with market trends, fabrics, and international styles.
Work closely with merchandising and marketing teams for product launches and customer feedback.
Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost parameters.
Monitor fitting sessions and adjust designs based on feedback and fabric behavior.
