Knowledge of production processes and sourcing. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, a deep understanding of garment construction, and the ability to translate concepts into innovative and trendsetting fashion pieces. You will play a key role in bringing our brand’s vision to life through original designs that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities:

• Research current fashion trends, market competition, and customer preferences.
• Create original clothing and accessory designs that align with the brand identity.
• Develop sketches, mood boards, and tech packs for new collections.
• Select fabrics, trims, and materials based on design and functionality.
• Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams.
• Oversee prototype development and make adjustments based on fit and feedback.
• Attend fittings and provide clear direction on revisions.
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of samples and final products.
• Stay updated on sustainable and innovative design practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in fashion design or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabric properties.
• Excellent sketching and visual communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion.
• Knowledge of production processes and sourcing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,286.26 - ₹31,152.44 per month

Schedule:
