Experience: 2–3 years in fashion design & illustration (industry and/or teaching).

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Fashion Faculty with strong expertise in Fashion Illustration to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in fashion design, technical drawing, and creative illustration—both hand-drawn and digital. You will be responsible for teaching core subjects, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development with a focus on industry-relevant skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures, demonstrations, and studio sessions in Fashion Illustration, design development, and related courses.
• Teach various illustration techniques including flat sketches, stylized figure drawing, rendering of fabrics, and digital illustration using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate.
• Guide students in portfolio creation, design concept development, and collection visualization.
• Assist in developing curriculum content that aligns with industry standards and emerging trends in fashion illustration and design.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate with colleagues on interdisciplinary design projects and fashion shows.
• Mentor students for internships, projects, and final-year design collections.
• Stay updated with fashion industry trends, technology, and illustration practices.
• Participate in faculty development programs, exhibitions, and institutional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field from a recognized institute.
• Experienced in teaching fashion subject (traditional and digital).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience or equivalent industry experience in fashion illustration, trend forecasting, or visual communication.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Passionate about design education, creativity, and student engagement.
