Fashion Design Faculty

Job Description: As a Fashion Design Faculty at Cindrebay School of Design in Malappuram, you will be responsible for developing and delivering curriculum, guiding students" projects, mentoring students, and preparing teaching materials. Your role will involve assessing student performance, providing feedback, and staying updated with current industry trends and technologies in fashion design. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Fashion Design, Pattern Making, and Sewing, along with experience in developing curriculum and teaching materials. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design software is required. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. A passion for teaching and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends are highly valued. While a Master's degree or Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design or a related field is preferred, previous teaching experience would be considered a plus.
