Industry: Fashion/Apparel Retail (Women's Western Wear Preferred)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Fashion Consultant for our Shoppers Stop store in Raipur. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fashion retail, with a strong understanding of women’s western wear, styling, and customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting outfits, offering personalized styling advice, and ensuring a smooth in-store experience to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection and styling based on their needs and preferences.
• Drive sales by providing excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock displays in the store.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand promotions.
• Handle customer queries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Meet individual and store sales targets (KPI, UPT, APT).
• Collaborate with the store team to manage daily operations smoothly.

Skills & Knowledge Required:

• Prior experience in fashion retail or as a fashion consultant/stylist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of current fashion trends and western wear styling.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to meet sales targets and upsell products.
• Team player with a proactive and energetic approach.
