Faculty (UI/UX)

The role involves classroom teaching and facilitation of foundational subjects of User Experience Design. You will be responsible for leading the academic delivery of UX Design programs at partnered universities, including programs like B.Design UX, M.Design UX, B.Tech UX, & BCA UX. Your duties will also include curriculum content creation, conducting workshops/Master classes in UX Design, Design Thinking, Customer Experience, Communication Design, and other relevant subject matters. Additionally, you will be mentoring and preparing students for internships and placements. As part of the role, you will need to adhere to Partnered University norms of examination, evaluation, and other important academic administration. Mentoring students for live projects, assignments, personal guidance, and counselling will be essential. Providing offline personal support to students for feedback and doubt resolution is also expected. You will be responsible for maintaining class records and other relevant academic data, as well as final student assessment and evaluating final scores/credit score and relevant submissions to the University. Furthermore, you will be required to liaise with the Academic Head and Dean of the partnered University. The ideal candidate must be committed to the mission and values of the company, having a passion for facilitating learning and enabling students to navigate their own learning journey. Demonstrating ethics and integrity in all aspects of the role, including relationships with students, colleagues, and external entities is crucial. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, adapting the communication approach and style to the audience and message, as well as listening attentively to others, are must-haves for this position.,
