Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts
Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable & Vendor Management Manage vendor invoicing, reconciliation, and payments across merchandise, logistics, marketing, and tech. Oversee TDS applicability, timely deductions, and filing compliance. Ensure proper booking of HODL / DDL / labels / tags / courier expenses. Reconcile GSTR-2B purchases with actual input invoices and follow up for mismatches. Accounts Receivable & Customer Management Raise timely invoices to B2B clients, Blinkit, and other channels. Allocate collections, reconcile debtor accounts, follow up for dues. Process credit notes, sales returns, and resolve courier loss cases. Coordinate marketplace settlements and bulk dispatch reports. Taxation & Compliance Assist in GST filings (GSTR-1, 3B), TDS returns, and 26AS matching. Support documentation for export shipments and shipping bill realization. Prepare reports for CA / consultants and respond to statutory queries. MIS & Reporting Maintain P&L snapshots, ledger summaries, and monthly financial health metrics. Support in preparing data for investor decks, audits, and internal reviews. Work with the founders on cash flow planning and budgeting. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance. CA Inter / M.Com preferred. 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in retail/e-commerce/export domains. Working knowledge of Busy Accounting Software is a strong plus. Good understanding of GST, TDS, and export documentation . Proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivots, basic formulas).
