Support marine integrity management and life extension activities; lead RCFAs and risk assessments related to hull, mooring, marine systems, offloading and marine operations. Evaluate loads and responses of offshore structures(e.g. floaters, risers/umbilical’s, offloading systems),taking into account key critical parameters and inter-disciplinary interfaces. Guide development and/or qualification of new technologies for implementation in the field of marine engineering. Perform floating systems condition, damage, and degradation assessments; evaluate system reliability and operational risks. Provide advice / guidance on application of various industry codes and standards(e.g. API, ISO, ABS, DNV) and assessment methods; manage interfaces with the Classification Societies and local regulators. Monitor and provide engineering oversight of third-party engineering contractors and marine service providers to our Business Partners. Review, interpret, and evaluate contractor-supplied design and engineering deliverables, guide contractor in selection of analysis tools and methodologies. About You Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Naval Architecture / Offshore Engineering / Ocean Engineering or related discipline from recognized university with CGPA 6.0 & above Minimum 3 years of experience in a position dealing with naval architecture/marine engineering or closely-related professional engineering experience in the oil and gas industry. General knowledge of floating asset types (Spar, TLP, FPSO, FSO, FSRU, FLNG), concept description, features, application, analyses, range and operations. Strong background of floating structures, hydrodynamics, structural dynamics, offloading systems, met ocean, marine transportation and marine integrity management, Basic knowledge in offloading system components design/operations, equipment strategies, and requirements for handling, inspection, maintenance and repair Basic knowledge of marine systems. Manage resolution to quality issues utilizing approved deficiency reporting and tracking procedures. Develop, monitor and report metrics to identify, investigate and resolve quality issues. Develop/Participate in Project audit, Supplier Evaluations and Cold Eye Reviews Use technical expertise and experience in areas such as certification, construction, engineering, inspection, and materials to assist project quality efforts as directed. About you Bachelor in engineering from a recognized university with GPA 6.0 or above Minimum 7 years of experience in responsible roles in Quality Management and coordination of quality surveillance/ inspection activities for projects in the oil and gas industry Experience with contractors and Suppliers of materials, equipment and fabrications involved in production facilities projects. Preferred qualifications Experience with auditing quality management systems is preferred.
