Inco terms/Shipping termsTypes of bills of LadingCustom FormalitiesFiling of shipping InstructionReleasing bills of ladingKnowledge of foreign trade operations.Knowledge of pre and post shipment documents like Bills of lading , Certifiate of Origin,Shipping bill, Bill of Entry,etc.Follow up for shipping bill copies.Follow-up on the shipments status with various Shipping linesUpdate customer weekly basisCoordinate with Shipping lines/ Customer/ clearing agent and operation staff,Preparing Daily Shipment Status (DSR) and bl status ReportsProviding the same to Clients and Higher Authorities of the company
