Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Prepare pre-export shipment documentation, including export orders, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain necessary documents for exports (e.g., bills of lading). Ensure timely submission of all required documents to CHA (Customs House Agent) for clearance purposes. Maintain accurate records of exported goods and track shipment status throughout the supply chain. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues related to export documentation. ARRANGE EXPORTS ANY INCOTERMS EXPORT REGARDING CHARGES BANK SUBMIT DO AND GENERATE E BRC AFTER PAYMENT PROCESS OURLOOK MAIL CORRESPONDENCE EXPORT REFUND EXPORT PO CONFIRM Desired Candidate Profile 4-5 years' experience in export import documentation or a related field. Strong knowledge of DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade), EXIM Policy, and regulations governing international trade. Proficiency in preparing various types of export documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin etc.
