Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Associate for an international travel process at our Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to travel bookings and services through voice and email support
• Deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, international process environment
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company policies during customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates with 6 months of experience in the travel industry
• Undergarduate candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory
• Must be an immediate joiner
• Both male and female candidates can apply
• Offer Letter and Relieving Letter from previous employer are mandatory

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹35,000 in-hand (CTC up to ₹38,000)
• 2-way cab facility provided by the company

Shift:

• Rotational shifts (International process timing)

with 5 days working 2 rotational week off.

Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
