Role & responsibilities 1. Coordinate and manage the sea export process for shipments, ensuring timely and efficient logistics operations. 2. Prepare and verify necessary documentation for export shipments, including bills of lading, export declarations, and customs paperwork. 3. Collaborate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and agents to secure optimal shipping rates and schedules. 4. Communicate with clients to provide updates on shipment status and address any inquiries or concerns related to exports. 5. Conduct thorough inspections of cargo and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards. 6. Track and monitor shipments throughout the transportation process, resolving any issues that may arise. 7. Assist in the negotiation of contracts and terms with shipping lines and service providers. 8. Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and activities for reporting and analysis purposes. 9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance service delivery. 10. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless export experience for clients. 11. Provide training and support to junior staff members in sea export processes and procedures. 12. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sea export operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Preferred candidate profile
