Role & responsibilities Effective Planning of Raw materials and Packing materials requirement in line with the forecasts provided by Principal Company. Inventory/ working Capital Management. Coordination with Principal Company for Forecast and other issues. Placing proper Purchase Orders in Focus/ SAP and timely communication of the same to respective Vendors. Coordinate with plant about the requirement of materials & ensure timely availability of the same. Monthly MIS Preparation and Review. Monthly Stock Reconciliation Technical Efficiency Report, ensure to reduce Loss. Effective People Manager Capable of managing Team. To check all the invoices whether the material, quantity & price matched as per our PO or not. To make payment requisitions to Finance department through system Follow-up for shortage/damage claim against RM purchase. Coordination with plant teams to short close all the pending POs after completion of every month to avoid any wrong GRN & audit NCs as well. & To ensure that any requirement received for plant will closed as early as possible to avoid any production loss. To update daily stock level of all plant in system & reorder if the material is required. Job holder has to ensure that all the activities are planned and executed in a manner which will ensure compliance to all local applicable EHS standards. Candidate to adhere companys compliance related policies. Weekly Review of the orders placed, stocks & new requirements if any. Capitalizing Cost Saving opportunities for the Company. Preferred candidate profile * Strong Communication & Negotiation skills * Knowledge of SAP (Material management module) will be an added advantage * Knowledge of excel
