Executive - Talent Acquisition

:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Executive with a minimum of 4 years experience in managing both bulk hiring and lateral recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and lateral hiring mandates across departments. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and define recruitment strategies. Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, referrals, and social media. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure role fit and cultural alignment. Drive high-volume hiring within tight deadlines while maintaining quality. Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards. Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as required. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in both bulk and lateral hiring. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
