Oversee the seamless emergency process and ensure patients are informed of the next steps. Manage doctors' visit, patient movements, medication processes and any procedural requirements. To facilitate the discharge process and ensure seamless coordination between doctors, nurses, the pharmacy, billing. Oversee patient discharge processes, including preparation of final bills. Address patient and attendant queries, providing information as per protocols. Ensure the completeness of all medical records. Engage and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, including doctors, clinical pharmacists, nursing staff, security, housekeeping, and GDAs. Identify and address training and development needs of staff. Male candidate preferred, who are comfortable in rotational & night shifts.
