Job Title: Junior IT Recruiter C2H / Permanent Staffing Location: Bengaluru Experience: 0.6 – 4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior IT Recruiter to support Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent staffing requirements. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of IT recruitment and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic hiring environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for C2H and permanent roles Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and references Conduct initial screening and coordinate technical interviews Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers Follow up on interviews, feedback, and offer process Requirements: 6 months to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment Familiarity with C2H and permanent hiring models Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple open positions with deadlines Proficiency in Excel, ATS tools, and job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.)
