Position : Executive Garment Merchandiser Location : Mysore, Karnataka Company : Shahi Exports Pvt. Ltd. Department : Merchandising Experience : 2 to 4 Years Industry : Textile & Apparel Manufacturing Key Responsibilities : Assist in managing the end-to-end order process from sampling to shipment. Coordinate with buyers for sample developments, approvals, and production updates. Follow up with internal teams (sampling, production, sourcing, and quality) to ensure timely execution of orders. Support the creation and tracking of T&A (Time and Action) calendars. Ensure timely procurement of trims and fabrics in coordination with the sourcing team. Maintain accurate records of styles, approvals, and buyer communications. Assist in preparing cost sheets and order status reports for internal reviews. Help resolve any production-related issues in coordination with relevant departments. Ensure adherence to buyer quality standards and on-time delivery schedules. Key Requirements : Graduate/Diploma in Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in garment merchandising, preferably in a manufacturing/export house. Good understanding of garment construction, sampling, trims, and production processes. Working knowledge of MS Excel and T&A tracking tools. Effective communication and coordination skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Preference for candidates from Mysore or those willing to relocate.
