Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Support the FP&A function by assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Work closely with the finance team to provide timely and accurate financial insights.

• Data-Driven Insights: Use financial data to perform in-depth analysis on revenue, cost, and profitability drivers. Present insights that help inform strategic and operational decisions.

• Industry Knowledge Application: Apply knowledge to interpret financial data and contribute to industry-specific reporting and insights.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams across sales, operations, and product to collect inputs for financial planning and provide financial guidance to support business units.

• Risk & Compliance Support: Assist in identifying financial risks and support compliance efforts with internal policies and external regulations.

• Performance Monitoring: Track key financial metrics and support performance reviews. Assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools for real-time business visibility.

• Systems & Process Improvement: Work with IT and finance stakeholders to help improve financial systems and automate reporting processes for better efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
