Position description:

• Sending all the reports as per defined dates
• Ledgers to be scrutinized per month & report to be sent
• Data feeding
• Preparation of daily report
• Integration of necessary mis data to ERP with 100% accuracy
• Maintaining attendance record
• Maintain accounts and bills record
• Purchase of office equipment on effective and reasonablecost and coordination with support staff of deliverable
• Preparing time chart for trips
• Update and maintain DCR & Driver registers
• Daily updation of Vehicle status
