Executive - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Banking Operations

• Manage daily banking transactions including payments, fund transfers, inward/outward remittances, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor and manage bank balances across multiple accounts to ensure optimal fund utilization.
• Handle Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), and other trade finance instruments.
• Process import/export documentation in coordination with banks and internal teams.

Loan & Credit Facilities

• Maintain and organize all banking documents such as sanction letters, loan agreements, BG/LC copies, and guarantees.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for filings (ROC, statutory auditor confirmations).

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare regular MIS reports on fund positions, bank charges, utilization of limits, and banking KPIs.
• Assist in preparing cash flow forecasts based on fund availability and business requirements.
• Track and report on unutilized funds, idle balances, and interest costs to optimize financial efficiency.

Bank Relationship Management

• Act as a point of contact for all banks to resolve operational issues promptly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in banking operations
• Strong knowledge of banking products, trade finance, and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and banking portals
• Strong communication
• Attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive tasks
