KEY DELIVERABLES EXPECTED

Excellent Verbal & Written Communications skills to connect with Internal & External Customers.
Must have relevant Travel vertical experience and domain knowledge.
Should be good in managing / handling customer queries & providing faster resolution.
Confident in making follow-up calls to close the tickets.
Able to handle both inbound & outbound calls.
Sound knowledge on Amadeus/GDS/Sabre & any other relevant travel platforms
Open for the rotational shift in 24X7 environment
Qualification:
Graduates/Under Grads
Multi-lingual European languages (Optional)
Certification in Travel Applications/Domain
Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages
It is only for freshers

Monthly In-hand - Rs 24,000 plus incentives

Cabs - both side cabs available, no charges, within hiring zone.

Shift :- Rotational shift

Work mode - 5 day Work from office mandatory
