Executive Assistant – Events & Operations

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual to work directly with the Director of Aum Sah Foundation. This is a time-sensitive and mission-critical role that requires someone who can multitask, communicate effectively, and support all aspects of operational and event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Director on all day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth execution and timely follow-ups.
• Provide administrative and operational support for ongoing and upcoming events across locations.
• Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and other stakeholders involved in the planning and execution of events.
• Track leads and opportunities for events and community engagements across geographies.
• Maintain accurate databases, trackers, and reports using Excel or similar tools.
• Ensure regular coordination and communication across multiple teams and functions.
• Take ownership of documentation, email communication, and follow-ups as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English – both spoken and written.
• Strong command of MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience or background in event management will be a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
