Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Admin and Logistics to oversee daily administrative tasks, vendor coordination, procurement, and logistics operations. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth backend functioning that supports the studio’s design and production teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration

• Oversee daily office operations including supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination
• Manage internal documentation, filing systems, and ensure smooth communication across departments
• Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding, attendance tracking, and compliance requirements
• Support management with meeting scheduling, travel bookings, and event coordination

Logistics & Procurement

• Coordinate inward and outward movement of goods, materials, and finished products
• Work closely with production, sales, and inventory teams to ensure timely dispatches and deliveries
• Handle packaging, shipping documentation, and courier/vendor liaison
• Maintain and manage stock of packing materials and tools
• Liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) vendors, transporters, and courier partners
• Monitor freight costs and seek cost-effective shipping solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Logistics / Operations or equivalent
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in admin and logistics roles, preferably in manufacturing, design, or creative industries
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with inventory and logistics software is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
