Event Executive

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, execute campaigns, and analyze performance to support our brand’s digital objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the overall social media strategy.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Maintain a consistent posting calendar to ensure regular activity and brand presence.
• Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Track and report on key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
• Coordinate with influencers, partners, and external agencies for collaborations and promotions.
• Manage online reputation by addressing customer inquiries or feedback on social platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Hands-on experience with social media management and scheduling tools (such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later).
• Familiarity with social media analytics and advertising platforms (such as Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
