Ethos wants too much information to just get a basic quote. They don’t realize we do not know each other, why would we give you our Social Security Number just to see if we want to do business together. It seems to me they’re basically just trying to get a bunch of information to put you into a perpetual sales funnel. I went with USAA

Terrible customer service. When looking for a specific type of term ROP life Insurance, was just given the run around, with automated responses that had no relevance to questions being asked. But what should you expect from an online, do as little as possible company. Search else where if looking for answers to your questions.

I had a wonderful experience using Ethos for life insurance. The website was easy to use and informative! I was able to pick the price and policy that works best for me while also receiving a free will and trust. My agent, Taylor Schulz, was very responsive and personable.

Took 3 days of phone calls to change auto pay to a new card as the one they had on file was expiring. Never experienced such a fiasco trying to actually PAY a company and be proactive. Extremely frustrating!

If I could leave negative I would. They took it upon themselves to cancel one of my other insurance policies. Not for lack of payment but they decided to replace my policy I took out in 2023 . Not happy at all. Then they wouldn't talk with me about it . They collaborated with banner and zander for this debacle.
