About the Role We are looking for a Bot Automation Tester to ensure the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of our automated customer interactions. This role will be responsible for testing and optimizing automated experiences, including self-service flows, AI-powered chatbots, and automated email communications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about customer experience, and skilled in testing conversational interfaces and automation platforms to deliver a flawless experience to users.
