Job Description

The Senior Executive Direct Sales is responsible for generating revenue by directly selling real estate properties to prospective clients. This role involves identifying sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting site visits, and ensuring a smooth sales process from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and digital platforms.
    • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Understand customer needs and offer suitable property options.
    • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and meetings with clients.
    • Provide detailed information about location, pricing, legal documentation, and property specifications.
  • Sales Closure:

    • Negotiate terms and finalize deals with clients.
    • Follow up consistently to convert leads into sales.
    • Ensure timely collection of booking amounts, documents, and post-sale follow-ups.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients for future business opportunities.
    • Address customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Research:

    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and real estate pricing.
    • Provide inputs for marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market demand.
  • Reporting:

    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
    • Update SFDC systems with lead and client interaction data.

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Target-driven and results-oriented
  • Knowledge of real estate sales process, RERA guidelines, and documentation
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • High levels of initiative and self-motivation

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • MBA or Postgraduate Diploma (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience:

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Compensation:

  • Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
