Company Description We are an E-commerce Marketing Agency. Build D2C Brand from scratch. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta & Google Ad Expert located in Jaipur. The Meta & Google Ad Expert will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta (formerly Facebook) and Google. Daily tasks include creating ad strategies, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, managing ad spend, conducting keyword research, and providing regular performance reports. The expert will also collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall business goals and marketing strategies. We’re looking for a Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads Expert who can independently plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns for our eCommerce clients. The ideal candidate is performance-focused, understands eCommerce funnels, and can deliver consistent ROAS across multiple brands. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) platforms. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rate. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audiences. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for clients. Collaborate with our design/content team to brief creatives and landing page suggestions. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and policy changes in performance marketing. Requirements: 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta & Google Ads campaigns, especially for eCommerce. Proven track record of achieving strong ROAS and scaling budgets profitably. Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager and the Google Ads interface. Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and attribution models. Ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
