We are seeking a skilled and experienced Linux System Administrator to join our IT team. Will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our Linux-based systems and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux server administration, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems and applications. Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our systems. Monitor and respond to security incidents. Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Deploy, configure, and maintain Linux servers for various applications and services. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Linux System Administrator or similar role. Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., CentOS, Ubuntu, Red Hat). Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM). Familiarity with security best practices and tools. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. CTC Between 18,000 25,000 Location: (Andheri)Mumbai Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate CSE calls for adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Assess the effectiveness of communication, problem resolution, and overall customer interaction. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call quality, including call duration, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Provide constructive and detailed feedback to CSEs based on call evaluations. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in call quality monitoring or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Minimum Graduate in any Stream.
