Role & responsibilities
Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. ERP functional Solution Architect consultant or Cloud functional Solution Architect consultant with 12 to 20 years of expert domain knowledge covering the Procure to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report cycles. S/he must have been a part of at least 5-8 end-to-end ERP implementations of which at least 3-4 should have been with Oracle ERP Cloud...
Key Responsibilities:
1. Helping define and implement end-to-end finance processes (e.g., Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report)
2. Provide help to develop approach implementing Oracle Fusion finance modules or PPM applications to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
3. Support development of the Oracle IP by driving initiatives around market research, Points-of-View, capability development, thought capital, knowledge management, etc.
4. Maintain an understanding of and continuously learn about advancements in regulations, technology and innovations across Finance & Accounting.
5. In-depth understanding of ERP Cloud business process and their data flow.
6. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in enabling next gen capabilities
7. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management. Additionally, the candidate should bring the ability to work with cross functional teams
8. Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, Work Allocation, monitoring and status updates to Project / Program Manager
9. Candidates should be open for domestic or international travel for short as well as long duration.
10. Strong exposure to use of Tools & Accelerators with an innovation and digital transformation bent of mind
11. Solution Architecture and exposure to cross domain dependencies is necessary
Preferred candidate profile
1. Should have 12 to 15 years of working experience in Oracle Financial modules such as (General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CE)) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) on EBS R12 & Fusion applications
2. Proven track record of driving successful SaaS and technology initiatives and engaged in large-scale programs and teams globally.
3. Strong knowledge of Oracle automation and Integration technologies, cloud-based solutions across SaaS, OIC and OCI.
4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels.
6. Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing diverse teams
7. Solid understanding of the Finance function, operating models and supporting organization structures, and process best practices
8. Added advantage with Cross Skill knowledge of Niche Modules like SCM
9. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate and engage with clients
10. Strong competence in developing presentations required (MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel))
